Celebration and Invitation

We don’t know where the path will lead- there will be ups and downs, and surprises along the way. The best part is not the destination, but the journey as He is our companion and we learn to love and trust Him more.

Today I am celebrating 1 year of daily painting and posting!!

What a ride it has been! I now see the world with different eyes. I’ve learned about composition, value, color harmony and watercolor properties. I am learning how to draw (beyond a stick figure, lol). I’ve taken chances, often surprising myself.

A special thank you to those of you who have cheered me on in this foundational year.

As we begin this 2nd year, I feel the need to slow the pace a bit, not posting something different every day, jumping around like a bunny, but plan take time to explore and experiment, to open my heart to the message I am to learn.
